Graphic works exhibition “Printmakers’ choice”

For the second year in a row, the graphic studio Empreinte Atelier has been visiting the CAW Walferdange gallery, presenting their group exhibition “Printmakers’ Choice” Walferdange. Each artist showcases collections of larger and smaller works created with their favorite techniques. It’s a beautiful celebration of graphic art in Luxembourg, demonstrating the diverse approaches to printmaking.

The exhibition opening was attended by a large audience and honored by Mr. Eric Thill, Minister of Culture of Luxembourg, who delivered welcoming remarks. The Mayor of Walferdange, Mr. François Sauber, and Mr. Pit Wagner, President of Empreinte Atelier Studio, also introduced the exhibition.

I am delighted to have had the opportunity to be part of this splendid event. I presented 9 works created using monotype technique, inspired by landscapes from my journey to the magical Dingle Peninsula in Ireland. It was a delightful experience creating colorful graphics.

“Printmakers’ Choice” exhibition until March 23, at CAW, 5 Rte de Diekirch, 7220 Walferdange.

Open Thursdays and Fridays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Luxembourg Art Week 2024

Although a bit late, I’m finally sharing photos from the 2024 Empreinte Atelier booth at the Luxembourg Art Fair. This year, the fair was especially successful for our studio members, with many visitors stopping by our booth D06 in the Take Off section. The exhibition theme was for each artist to create two prints specifically for this event, fitting into the designated frames. I’m very grateful to the Empreinte Atelier gallery for representing me and giving me the opportunity to take part in this major annual event in Luxembourg.

I invite you to enjoy a few moments from the event. The last photos show the works I exhibited - from the “Ireland coast” series.
