Quarantine

Time flies, it’s the second month of quarantine already… I want to present two charcoal drawings I have made during this time. I have always found inspiration in mountains and their beauty, harshness and magnificence, the
play of light and shadows and the changing skies. The mountain motif has naturally surfaced inside me as I stay confined at home for the second month…

‘In the Mountains’ and ‘The Sky Over the Mountains’, both 35 x 50 cm in size, charcoal on heavy weight drawing paper
